The story goes like this: P
After murdering his father, the man was punished with a neck foreman of (typical of the plain), while trying to escape was bitten by a dog Trucco, to conclude the punishment his grandfather showered on her wounds lot of hot pepper. The memory and mention of what happened frees people from being attacked by the wandering spirit known as the Eurasian.
The Eurasian is presented in a somber drunks. Other llaneros give way to tall and skinny. Wear a hat and attacks men and drunken revelers, to which the navel sucks pull their liquor. Tradition says that when it came to a house Warbler in the night hours, unloading the bag and has bones one by one, if no one can hear a family member dies at dawn.
Another version says it was a son who killed his father to eat their "offal". The boy was raised Tonec (spoiled), did not respect anyone. One day she told her father she wanted to eat offal from deer. His father went out hunting to please but was slow to return. Thereupon the boy went to look and seeing that brought nothing, could not hunt deer, kill him, I take the viscera and brought them to his mother to the cook. Since there is no softening, the mother suspected that were the "innards" of her husband, asking him, and he confessed the truth. I immediately cursed him for life. His brother John followed him with a "foreman," I heard a gourd and chili dog nudged you, "Trucco" until the end of the world pursues and bites her heels to learn the lesson ...

ME IT MAKES HAPPY COOK.....UNIT 2
MY FRIED CHICKEN
Ingredients
* 2 pounds beef bottom round, trimmed of excess fat
* 2 teaspoons kosher salt
* 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
* 1 cup all-purpose flour
* 3 whole eggs, beaten
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 2 cups chicken broth
* 1/2 cup whole milk
* 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Cut the meat with the grain into 1/2-inch thick slices. Season each piece on both sides with the salt and pepper. Place the flour into a pie pan. Place the eggs into a separate pie pan. Dredge the meat on both sides in the flour. Tenderize the meat, using a needling device, until each slice is 1/4-inch thick. Once tenderized, dredge the meat again in the flour, followed by the egg and finally in the flour again. Repeat with all the pieces of meat. Place the meat onto a plate and allow it to sit for 10 to 15 minutes before cooking.
Place enough of the vegetable oil to cover the bottom of a 12-inch slope-sided skillet and set over medium-high heat. Once the oil begins to shimmer, add the meat in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Cook each piece on both sides until golden brown, approximately 4 minutes per side. Remove the steaks to a wire rack set in a half sheet pan and place into the oven. Repeat until all of the meat is browned.
Add the remaining vegetable oil, or at least 1 tablespoon, to the pan. Whisk in 3 tablespoons of the flour left over from the dredging. Add the chicken broth and deglaze the pan. Whisk until the gravy comes to a boil and begins to thicken. Add the milk and thyme and whisk until the gravy coats the back of a spoon, approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Season to taste, with more salt and pepper, if needed. Serve the gravy over the steaks.
EARTHQUAKE IN HAITI
NOTICE
The 2010
The earthquake caused major damage to
Many countries responded to appeals for humanitarian aid, pledging funds and dispatching rescue and medical teams, engineers and support personnel. Communication systems, air, land, and sea transport facilities, hospitals, and electrical networks had been damaged by the earthquake, which hampered rescue and aid efforts; confusion over who was in charge, air traffic congestion, and problems with prioritisation of flights further complicated early relief work. Port-au-Prince's morgues were quickly overwhelmed; tens of thousands of bodies were buried in mass graves. As rescues tailed off, supplies, medical care and sanitation became priorities. Delays in aid distribution led to angry appeals from aid workers and survivors, and some looting and sporadic violence were observed.
On 22 January the United Nations noted that the emergency phase of the relief operation was drawing to a close, and on the following day the Haitian government officially called off the search for survivors.
